Valencia (No. 2)
- Apricot Brandy - 1 oz
- Orange Juice - 1/2 oz
- Orange Bitters - 4 dashes
- Shake everything with ice and strain into a chilled champagne glass. Fill with champagne.
The second Valencia Cocktail from The Savoy Cocktail Book. The first doesn’t contain any champagne, it’s still delicious, but a tiny bit too sweet; whereas now that problem has been solved by keeping the other ingredients low, and fill with dry champagne.
