Agua de Valencia



Valencia (No. 2)


  • Apricot Brandy - 1 oz

  • Orange Juice - 1/2 oz

  • Orange Bitters - 4 dashes

  • Shake everything with ice and strain into a chilled champagne glass. Fill with champagne.

The second Valencia Cocktail from The Savoy Cocktail Book. The first doesn’t contain any champagne, it’s still delicious, but a tiny bit too sweet; whereas now that problem has been solved by keeping the other ingredients low, and fill with dry champagne.
